Since the problem of SARS-CoV-2 (Corona Virus) has become known, the organizers of the German Tree Care Conference have been in constant communication with the Augsburg Trade Fair Centre and all responsible authorities in order to ensure that the German Tree Care Conference 2020 will be held in an appropriate manner.
On 28 February 2020, the Federal Government's crisis management team on the Corona Virus decided that major events such as conferences and trade fairs can, in principle, continue to take place. However, they are to be subjected to a risk assessment based on a comprehensive list of criteria drawn up by the Robert Koch Institute.
We will undertake this task responsibly and it goes without saying that we will fulfil any conditions that may be imposed. We have a great interest for you and for our team in the safe implementation of the conference.
