With around 3,450 participants from 35 countries and just under 180 exhibitors, the 2026 German Tree Care Conference were a great success and once again provided an excellent opportunity for international professional exchange. The additional Hall 3, dedicated to ‘Research and Education’, was particularly well received. The Climbing Forum marked the 25th anniversary of SKT as a recognised working method, whilst the specialist presentations featured significant input from the FLL (Forschungsgesellschaft Landschaftsentwicklung Landschaftsbau e. V.), this year’s specialist partner. You can read the conference papers in the 2026 Tree Care Yearbook (link to the shop), which celebrated a milestone anniversary this year: it has now been published for the 30th time and now contains around 900 specialist articles by 700 authors.
