| Booth booking open to all interested parties | from Tuesday 11th November 2025 on | Booking as long as there is availability. You can check availability in the shop or enquire at the office. |
| Get your passes, guest invitations to the trade fair, and free tickets in the ticket shop. | from 19th January - 30th April 2026 | All new exhibitors will receive an email from the ticket shop inviting them to register. Existing accounts will be activated for the new year and can be used as usual. |
| Completion of bookings for booth equipment and furniture | 27th February 2026 |
