Delivery
Packages (couriers) and pallets or large parcels can be delivered on Thursday April 29th, Friday 30th and Monday, May 4th (Please note that May 1 is a public holiday!)
All deliveries will be accepted and temporarily stored by BTG-Messespedition. You will receive all marked packages at your booth by Monday, May 4.
Loading and unloading
From the exhibition grounds, these services must be provided by the exhibition freight forwarder BTG.
External drivers who have a tail lift or similar equipment available may use it for loading and unloading. Unloading with the aid of a privately owned forklift truck is not permitted.
You must give 1 hour's notice of your delivery!

Storing packaging material
BTG-Messespedition will also store your packaging during the event. It will be returned to your booth when it is time to dismantle. Due to fire safety regulations, packaging cannot be stored in open areas or behind the booths! In case of doubt, it will be disposed of by the organizer at the exhibitor's expense.
